Amaze Floors is a locally owned Sydney business led by Director Raul Prieto. Raul and the team bring a personal commitment to every project, large or small.
We provide a complete, end-to-end flooring service, from the first consultation through to project completion and aftercare. Clients get attentive service, flexible options and competitive pricing, with clear guidance on processes, timelines and expected outcomes so they can make informed decisions.
Domestic projects are our priority, and we also take on commercial work for clients who value quality, organisation and exceptional service.

Raul Prieto
Raul brings over 25 years of hands-on floor sanding and polishing experience. Known to clients as “the staining expert”, he creates custom colours tailored to each client’s vision. Liming is one of his most popular specialty finishes, a true craft that transforms timber floors.
Administration and onsite inspections
Jocelyn Unwin
Jocelyn brings more than 15 years of administration and client support experience and looks after onsite inspections. She focuses on listening to what you need and helping you choose a system and style you’ll love for years to come.

Professional equipment & dust control
The right machines for the job
The quality of a finished floor is shaped as much by the machinery as by the person using it. We use a Galaxy BD12 belt drum sander, an Alto Super 7R edger and a Polivac high speed burnisher, each with integrated dust extraction for a cleaner home and a better finish.
Sustainable approach
Restore, don’t replace
Restoring the timber floor you already have is the most sustainable choice you can make. It avoids new materials and landfill and keeps the carbon stored in the timber locked away. We use low-VOC, water-based finishes from trusted brands and contain dust as we work.
