Custom colour
Staining by “the staining expert”
Raul is known to our clients as the staining expert. He creates custom colours to suit each home, whether you want a warm honey tone, a dark espresso, or a colour matched to a photo or an interior design scheme.
Staining applies a coloured pigment to the timber before the protective coating goes on. With quality products and proper care, the colour lasts the life of the coating, typically 7 to 10 years before a recoat.
Liming
A soft, washed look
Liming is a specialty finish that fills the grain with a white or pale pigment, creating a soft, washed look that suits Scandinavian, coastal and contemporary interiors. It is one of our most popular finishes and a true craft.
We lime existing floors and new raw engineered boards, then protect them with a clear water-based coating in matte or low sheen.

Yes. Many clients show us a photo of the look they want, and Raul creates a custom colour to match it on your timber. We confirm the colour depth with you before the whole floor is done.
