Timber floors in Parramatta and Western Sydney
Local homes, local expertise
Western and south-western Sydney is one of the fastest growing parts of the city, with established homes around Parramatta and Granville and new estates further out.
For new homes, installing raw engineered timber and finishing it on site gives you a custom colour and finish that pre-finished boards can’t match. For established homes, we restore original hardwood floors and remove worn or dated coatings.
The project pictured here is a new home in Oran Park, with timber floors throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas.

Common questions
Your questions, answered
A typical sand and polish takes around 4 days: preparation and sanding on day one, the first coats over the following days and the final coat on the last day, with drying time between each coat. Smaller areas may be finished in 2 days, while large or complex projects, such as homes needing board repairs or staining, can take longer. We give you a clear timeline with every quote.
