We then apply three coats of quality polyurethane for a durable, long-lasting finish.

Our Process

Assessment & Preparation

A belt sander with coarse grit removes old coatings, stains, and surface damage, levelling the boards.

Fine Sand
Progressively finer grits smooth the surface, removing sanding marks and preparing the timber for coating.

Buffer & Screen
A final buff with a fine screen ensures the surface is perfectly smooth and ready to accept the finish.

Three Coats
We apply three coats of polyurethane with inter-coat abrasion between each, allowing drying time as required.
